Manageable assists you in focusing on the next task, regardless of the number of projects you are juggling simultaneously.

Begin with your projects, goals, or aspirations, and break each down into the necessary steps to accomplish them. Further divide each step into detailed lists of subtasks until you have a set of simple actionable items. Manageable displays all individual tasks within your chosen project as a flat prioritized action list, simplifying things when complexity is unnecessary.

Featuring clutter-free hierarchical lists, Manageable is effortless to construct and navigate, boasting the following characteristics:

<li>Reorder and prioritize with a single gesture</li>
<li>Set due dates with reminders</li>
<li>Establish reschedule intervals for recurring tasks</li>
<li>Efficient color-coding of your tasks</li>
<li>Two-tap navigation between active projects</li>
<li>Search by multiple words or substrings</li>
<li>Sync application data across various devices via Cloud Sync (available as an IAP)</li>
<li>Import or share project outlines</li>
<li>Export ordered action lists</li>
<li>Backup data to the file system or the cloud</li>
<li>Home screen and Control Center widgets</li>
<li>Unlimited undo/redo functionality</li>

Manageable provides three widgets:

<ol>
<li>The Favorite Projects widget displays your most frequently accessed projects, reflecting those recently viewed in Action view, exactly mirroring the Navigation view.</li>
<li>The Actions widget showcases the next tasks in a selected project. You can have multiple Actions lists on your home-screen for different projects.</li>
<li>The Tasks Due widget exhibits tasks approaching their due dates before becoming overdue.</li>

<li>Pull down/up to add an item</li>
<li>Hold and drag to reorder/prioritize</li>
<li>Swipe the title left for Action list</li>
<li>Swipe the title right to return to the top</li>
<li>Pull down with two fingers for import menu</li>
<li>Pull up with two fingers for export menu</li>
</ul>

<li>In Action View</li>
<ul>
<li>Pull down to filter by priority</li>
</ul>

<li>Anywhere</li>
<ul>
<li>Swipe an item for menu options</li>
<li>Tap and hold an item to edit</li>
<li>Tap on the title for Navigation view; tap again to dismiss</li>
<li>Pinch out/in to toggle wrapping of long task names on/off</li>
<li>Shake/perform a 3-finger tap to undo/redo actions</li>
</ul>
