Manageable assists you in focusing on the next task, regardless of the number of projects you are juggling simultaneously.

Begin with your projects, goals, or aspirations, and break each down into the necessary steps to accomplish them. Further divide each step into detailed lists of subtasks until you have a set of simple actionable items. Manageable displays all individual tasks within your chosen project as a flat prioritized action list, simplifying things when complexity is unnecessary.

Manageable provides three widgets:

1. The Favorite Projects widget displays your most frequently accessed projects, reflecting those recently viewed in Action view, exactly mirroring the Navigation view.
2. The Actions widget showcases the next tasks in a selected project. You can have multiple Actions lists on your home-screen for different projects.
3. The Tasks Due widget exhibits tasks approaching their due dates before becoming overdue.
